The organization may not hold a 501(c)(3) status, which is the primary IRS designation for a nonprofit that allows for tax-deductible donations. This status is regulated and administered by the US Department of the Treasury through the IRS.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) provides regular updates to the list of available 501(c)(3) organizations. If your preferred charity is more recently established, it may not be reflected in our system until the IRS has provided an update to the list.

Your reservation may not include a donated night. When booking a donated night, all charities are available for selection, however, when making a reservation that does not include a donated night, you select from featured charities.
