If you would like to cancel your reservation, follow these steps:
Mobile
Go to Bookings button at the bottom of the Apogee Travel app
Log in, if you are not already logged in
Select your stay from the Upcoming Stays section
Click Cancel Booking
Web
Go to Apogee Travel
Log in
If you are not logged in, click "Log in" in the top right corner of the website
If you are logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the website
Select Bookings from the menu
Select your stay from the Upcoming Stays section
Click Cancel Booking
Once the booking is cancelled, the booking will be displayed in the Cancelled Bookings section.
Note: It can take 7-10 days for any refund amount to be reflected on your account.
